Bassnectar consists of a man by the name of Lorin Ashton. he is an electronic music in Dubstep artists and also DJ that is from San Francisco California and lives around the area. He is best known for his live performances and putting on a show for light shows and a lot of just large live music events.

The second you listen to this music you’re going to realize how they have made it as far as I have because it is so energetic with such two of its own quality. Having your own style as an artist in this industry of electronic music is a huge deal and he has done that for sure.
His tracks are all over the records for charts of electronic music and anytime you listen to one of the tracks are going to know exactly who it is because of the style and creation of his own beats.
He said that the group was originally influenced by one rock in grunge groups like Megadeth and Nirvana and Metallica.
He wanted to bring this same type of power through the speakers to the listeners and that’s what he did. He takes that same type of energy as that music and turns his own style into what he calls his music.
Is that a lot for the community with different causes to raise money and such he also holds groups that people can join to volunteer to help the community. That is what you called all around good person that raises money to give back the community.
Bassnectar has a unique sound versus all of the other artists. You will find that when you say the word bass heavy, he really brings this to a new meaning. I mean.. the word bass is in his damn name right?>> There are a group of die hard fans that are literally obsessed with his music and anything he releases. He isn’t huge into the soliciting his videos on youtube and stuff but that’s because he really doesn’t have to.
